Maestra Mentorship is a six-month partnering program which connects early career mentees ages 18+ who are interested in pursuing a professional career in making music for the theatre with professional women and nonbinary people currently working in the musical theatre industry. In the 2021-2022 season, we have 50 mentor/mentee pairings and also offer support to mentorship programs at The New York Youth Symphony , MUSE , WIJO , and The Recording Academy .
