Kirstyn Norris
Biography
Kirstyn Norris is a percussionist, drummer, and cimbalom player in the Dallas - Fort Worth area. She received her Masters of Music from Southern Methodist University where she specialized in jazz vibraphone and chamber playing. Kirstyn also participates in regional orchestras in the area as well as local and regional musical theatre productions including the Boleyn tour of "SIX." During her undergraduate work, Norris participated in both Drum Corps International and Winter Guard International as a percussionist, as well as studied abroad at La Escuela Nacional de Havana, Cuba. Kirstyn is currently a member of North Texas Caledonian Pipes & Drums, and performs with The Dallas Winds.
