Maestra Care is a group of Maestra members who work together to provide connection, acknowledgement, and care for the Maestra community. The team sends eCards, emails/texts/Facebook messages, and even gifts and gift cards to recognize weddings, births, birthdays, graduations, illness, or loss. Maestra Care has also begun to share resources for financial, emotional, and physical health. They have organized a network of “care givers” that work within the Maestra Regional Groups to report any member needs that may require additional support.
As music makers, we know that performance attire—from gala dresses to concert blacks —can be expensive. That’s why Maestra Care has created a free, community-driven garment exchange exclusively for our members. Whether you need something for an upcoming gig or have attire to share, this system makes it easy to connect with fellow musicians and keep performance wear in circulation. Learn more here!
Members of the Maestra Directory who have registered their address and birthday with Maestra will receive a birthday card and small gift on their birthday!
