Megan Smythe

Biography

Megan Smythe is a New York based music director and pianist. She has played for shows on and off Broadway such as Mamma Mia, The Great Gatsby, and Titanique. Megan is passionate about new works, and recently served as the music director for the concert presentation of Colorado Silver, a new folk musical. Outside of New York, Megan has most notably worked on Norwegian Cruise Line's production of SIX the Musical, The 2nd National Tour of Anastasia the Musical, as well as regional productions such as Sweeney Todd, and Ragtime (Hangar Theater). Megan holds two bachelor's degrees in piano performance and music education from Ithaca College.
