Rebecca Oladejo

Biography

Rebecca Oladejo is a 16 year old composer and choral/music director from Dallas, Texas. Upon composing, Rebecca has started a musical support project called "Studemics" (Student Pandemic Performances) for high school band and orchestra students all over Texas who are currently being affected by the Coronavirus outbreak/pandemic. In the project, different band students in Texas virtually meet, learn and perform original music written by Rebecca herself, and most importantly, provide support for one another. As Rebecca continues to grow and work within her passions, she also hopes to inspire other young female artists of color and create diversity and unity within the music world. The sky is the limit in her eyes, and she strives to reach it, one song at a time.
