Selina Liu
Biography
Selina Liu is a second-year student at Northwestern University pursuing a BA in theatre and music composition. She is a pianist proficient in classical and contemporary styles such as jazz and pop/rock. She has directed, conducted, and arranged for a cappella groups, classical trios, and small jazz ensembles. She works as a pit musician, accompanist, and audition coach for young actors. Most recently, she was the music director at Citadel Theatre’s education programs for the production of Matilda Jr. and the Broadway 2000s Intensive. She is a writer, composer, and orchestrator for The 93rd Annual Waa-Mu Show. She is also working on the book, lyrics, music, and score of her original musical.
