Nicole Rebolledo Montano
Biography
As a bachelor of music with a major in theory and composition, Nicole's primary work revolves around incidental music composition and reflections about music pedagogy, linked with linguistics and new literacies.
Nicole is two times the winner of the Colombian Culture Minister grant for theatrical creation. Through the mentioned grant, she composed the music for The Straw Man and The Light Upon Us, a piece that explored immersive theatre.
She has collaborated with different dancers in projects for Danza Breve, Monterrey’s Superior School of Music and Dance contest.
She is the musician of Primordiales, a multidisciplinary collective that pursues music, theater, and dance creation projects.
Currently, she is a philology student researching music as a medium to develop multimodal literacy.
