Biography

Christina Maria Faye (aka Tina Faye) is a versatile pianist, keyboardist, music director and vocal coach with a proven track record in high pressure situations with a deep command of many musical genres, from pop ballads to contemporary opera, musical theater to Bach chamber music. Before moving to the NYC area she was a regular first call in Toronto for orchestral gigs, commercial recording projects and opera and theater productions as well holding long term positions with organizations such as the Canadian Children’s Opera Company, the Nathaniel Dett Chorale, NewChoir, Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra and Pax Christi Chorale. She is one half of the successful 2 woman opera comedy show ‘Millan & Faye Present: The Opera!’ and in the spring of 2024 will be releasing her album ‘Glass Reimagined – Etudes 1-10’ in partnership with drummer Chris Sutherland. Tina is also a Yamaha Keyboard Artist and is featured in the 2024 Yamaha Artist 440 series.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Music from Brandon University and a Masters of Music from The Eastman School Of Music.
