Job Description
Seeking Guitarist for a concert performance of “TREESON: AN ECO-MUSICAL” (www.treesonmusical.com) in Concert for Earth Day in New York City 4/22/24 at 54 Below. TREESON is a climate activism musical. Womxn, BIPOC and other under-represented folx encouraged to apply.
Performance: 4/22/24, 9:30pm at 54 Below; Call-time 8:30pm; Sound check/tech 1-3pm.
Rehearsals: 4/20 and 4/21. 4-5 hours each day between the hours of 10am-7pm. 4/21 will be
two full run-throughs.
Estimated total hours: 14 hours.
Pay: $400
No guitar charts exist, only basic piano/vocal sheet music with chords. But there are fully orchestrated demos of all the songs which have guitar baked into the midi orchestrations. Guitarist should be able to mimic / improv based on these recordings.
