Theresa Ching

Theresa Ching brings over a decade of experience in New York City real estate and a strong commitment to ethical, client-focused service. Passionate about building inclusive communities, she actively supports and champions inclusionary initiatives in connection with her real estate work and through her volunteer work at her children’s schools. Raised by immigrant parents from Korea, Theresa offers a unique perspective that informs her approach. A graduate of NYU Stern, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Urban Planning at Hunter College to advance her vision for equitable urban development.
