Andrew Koenigsberg

Andrew Koenigsberg (he/him/his) is an entrepreneur, a connector and communitarian at his core. Professionally he has been assisting organizations transform their business operations for over 30 years. As a founder of a successful management consulting firm, FlipSwitch, LLC, he has focused on serving his clients in the private, public and non-profit sectors. (http://flip-switch.com)

Prior to founding FlipSwitch, Andrew has held senior executive roles in several organizations including, Practice Director, Plaut Consulting, Boston, MA; Program Director and Payroll Director, Georgia Pacific Corporation, Atlanta, GA. Andrew hails originally from New York where he fell in love with musical theater from a very young age. It started a lifelong mission to serve as a patron of the arts in each of the communities in which he has lived. Recently he has served as a board director since 2016 for the Transcendence Theatre Company in Sonoma, CA. Andrew also served as Managing Director for that same regional professional theater company from 2018-2022. In late 2019, Andrew began partnering as a producer to begin development of a new musical written by Michael John LaChiusa named, American Eclipse. He also is in the midst of a musical film project named, Oout in the Vineyard that plans to go into production in 2024. He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology/Business from University at Albany, State University of New York.
