Andrew Koenigsberg

Andrew Koenigsberg (he/him) is an entrepreneur, a connector and communitarian at his core. Professionally he has been assisting organizations transform their business operations for nearly 30 years. As a founder of a successful management consulting firm, FlipSwitch, LLC, he has focused on serving his clients in the private, public and non-profit sectors. (http://flip-switch.com)

He has served as a board director (since 2016) and Managing Director (2018-2022) for the Transcendence Theatre Company (www.bestnightever.org) in Sonoma, CA. In January 2024, Andrew joined the board of directors of Maestra Music, an organization whose mission is to support women and non-binary individuals in the musical theatre industry.

Andrew is also a producer focusing on film and live theatrical projects. He is a TONY nominated and DRAMA DESK award winning producer (GYPSY 2024) and lead producer on a new musical, AMERICAN ECLIPSE, music, book and lyrics by Michael John LaChiusa. Additionally he has several film projects in development, OUT IN THE VINEYARD, a musical romp through wine country that will be directed by Jim Fall, NANDO, written by Luis Figueroa and Road to L’Etape Du Tour, a Julia Coulter film.

He holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology/Business from University at Albany, State University of New York. Andrew and his husband, Rob Izzo, have lived in Sonoma County, CA for over 14 years.
