Yu OKUDA is a Tokyo based Composer, Arranger, Music Director, Bandleader, and Pianist who mainly composes for theatre. She is the Founder and President of Musical Theatre Writers Japan.

Avidya: No Lights Inn which won Japan Cultural Affairs Agency Arts Festival Excellence Award in 2016, commissioned by Niwa Gekidan Penino. It was performed in Japan, Germany, the US, Nederland, Denmark, Australia and France.
