Taylor Ash

Biography

Taylor Ash is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist, composer and songwriter. Taylor began writing and composing at the age of 11, which led her to pursue music as a career. Taylor graduated with highest honors from the esteemed Westminster College with degrees in Music Theory, Composition and Performance. During her years at school, she worked alongside The Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra, The Vienna Philharmonic, and current conductor of the Metropolitan Opera Yannick Nézet-Séguin. After college, Taylor continued writing in both the classical world and the music industry, releasing her first full length album “VIGNETTES” in early 2022. The album combines film score, musical theater and indie songwriting telling the story of her journey through her own life. In 2022, Taylor placed in the Spitfire Scoring Competition and received critical acclaim from Kris Bowers, composer of Netflix’s Bridgerton.
