Sarah Haines

Biography

Sarah Elizabeth Haines is a violist, violinist, vocalist, songwriter, and performer, currently touring in the pit of Hamilton National Tour (violin/viola). She has previously toured with Les Miserables, and Todd Almond’s Kansas City Choir Boy. Other theatre credits include Great Comet (sub, viola), Beardo (violin, CM) with Pipeline Theatre Co., Iow@ at Playwrights Horizons (viola), NYTW Hadestown workshop in 2014 (Fate). Her bands are Contemporaneous, Bellehouse, Emanuel and the Fear, and Kenyon Phillips and the Ladies in Waiting, as well as a solo project under her own name. She has done string arrangements for various artists in NYC including Mackenzie Shivers and Nikkie Macleod.
