Rita Posillico

Biography

Born in raised in NY, I have been involved in the arts for over 15 years. I recently composed and directed my original musical, ‘Could Have Been’, twice last year in NYC at the Hudson Guild Theater. I’ve musically directed shows at The Kraine Theatre (Man Up), The Laurie Beechman Theatre (Time Squares), and various shows at Dream Makers on Long Island. This past month I debuted original work and performed at Joe’s Pub. Asides from musical theater and composing, you can find me singing rock and blues at various venues in NYC such as Arlene’s Grocery, The Delancey and Paddy Reilly’s.
