Miriam Daly

Biography

Miriam Daly is a music director, arranger and composer based in NYC. She was a long time music director of the Off-Broadway smash, Tony ’n Tina’s Wedding, and also a current music director for Theatreworks USA tours. and has also played numerous shows at noted NYC venues Don’t Tell Mama, The Duplex, La Mama and The Producer’s Club II as well as worked for several other theaters including Catastrophic Theatre (Houston), Stages Theatre (Houston), First Stage Milwaukee, Mac-Hayden Theatre, Main Street Theater (Houston), University Of Houston, Houston Shakespeare Festival, and Stagedoor Manor. She was a 2007 recipient of NYC’s The York Theatre’s “New Emerging Outstanding Artist” award for her work as a composer. She is a graduate of Eastman School of Music and NYU’s Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program for which she received a full scholarship.
