Kate Burns
Biography
I am a music director, conductor, arranger, pianist, and vocalist based in Boston, MA. I teach music and conduct the choirs at a large suburban high school. I also music direct all theatrical productions and typically plays Keys 1 in the pit. I’m a frequent adjudicator and clinician at conferences and festivals across the US. My voice and my arrangements of beloved Star Wars themes are featured on the soundtrack to the forthcoming docu-series “Looking for Leia.” I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wagner College and a Master of Music in Music Education from Boston University.
