Biography

Kasey Blezinger is a drummer and percussionist performing in New York’s musical theatre scene with a background in contemporary and orchestral percussion.

Utilizing a deep well of musical experiences and technical expertise to create interesting and articulate performances across all genres; Kasey has appeared at venues all across NYC. She has performed at Carnegie Hall, Feinsteins/54 Below, Green Room 42, Laurie Beechman Theatre, TheaterRow, Ars Nova, The Space at Irondale, Theater for the New City, John Cullum Theatre (American Theatre of Actors), Duane Park, Roulette Intermedium and more! Credits include Broadway, Off-Broadway, Community Theatre, and Cabarets.

Kasey is currently a percussion sub at Aladdin. She recently appeared in Heather Christian's Terce: A Practical Breviary as a part of the 2024 Prototype Festival, in Whitney White and Peter Mark Kendall's Capsule presented by Long Wharf Theatre, and productions by Musical Theatre Factory and AfterWork Theatre.

Kasey is also the drummer for queer rock band Tenderheart Bitches and regularly appears with Greek-Rock band Panel.

She works at Carnegie Hall as the Part-Time Coordinator for Ensemble Connect.
