Julia Ross
Biography
Julia Ross (she/her/hers) is a DMV-based vocal coach, music director, and composer interested in arts administration. She currently works with Imagination Stage (Bethesda, MD) as a music director, director, and teaching artist for their summer camps and classes. She is also a local substitute church pianist/choir director.
Born and raised in Wilmington, North Carolina, Julia first fell in love with musical theatre in middle school. In high school, she was involved in sixteen community theatre productions, finding a passion for script editing, music direction, and vocal arranging along the way. She is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and received a Bachelor of Professional Music, concentrating in Music Business, Musical Theatre Writing, and Contemporary Writing and Production, and a minor in Musical Theatre Conducting.
