Jordan Hendrickson

Biography

I am a composer, lyricist, and performer based in Northern California. I am currently a fourth-year student at University of the Pacific, studying music composition with applied study on cello and voice. I have been developing a musical/opera adaptation of Charlotte Perkins Gilman's "The Yellow Wallpaper;" see the video embed for the first public reading of the piece. I have composed works for instrumental and vocal ensembles in a variety of styles and sizes, premiered works at several festivals, most recently Longy's Divergent Studio, and aim to create a career in the musical theatre industry as a composer.
