Biography
Joe is graduate from the MA Musical Direction programme at Leeds Conservatoire.
As a musical director, Joe has worked professionally for Leeds Conservatoire, NETheatre, York and Anton Benson Productions. They have also worked on R&D weeks for new musicals by Gus Gowland and Leo & Hyde.
They also are the musical director for a number of jazz and improvised music projects, including The Storytelling Ensemble which looks at exploring the relation between improvised music and storytelling.
As a composer, Joe is currently working with Northern Opera Group on their new children’s touring show, The Book of Eternity.
