Jennifer Anne McComb

Biography

I'm a gigging musician, I sing, play guitar, write and arrange music for my group. We do a lot of jazz, Brazilian Bossa Nova, some folk, and my songs (which follow similar veins). I'm currently writing and arranging all the music and most of the lyrics for A Midwinter's Nightmare - a new full-length musical; the book and some lyrics are by Dr. Mary Beth Townsend. One of my songs for the musical was selected to be performed for a group of producers, students, and other musical writers, at the Musical Writers Academy Festival in Fort Worth, TX, in July of 2023. I've acted and sung in local theater productions, and have been the musical director and vocal coach for two theater fund-raising events. I've also taught piano and voice lessons in years past.
