Giana DiNatale
Biography
Giana DiNatale graduated from New York University with a Master of Music degree, Focus in String Studies, studying Double Bass with Gregg August. Most recently, she was a frequent substitute on Broadway's The Phantom of the Opera, and performed with Barry Manilow at Radio City Music Hall. She also graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music where she was Principal Bassist in the University Symphony Orchestra, as well as the UConn Jazz Ensemble and several Jazz combos. At NYU, she was Principal Bassist of the NYU O1 Symphony Orchestra, and played in Broadway Orchestra, Baroque and Chamber Ensembles. She has performed in master classes with Jeremy McCoy and Blake Hinson, and in several big bands, weddings, and more.
