    Emilyn Bedell is a first-year violinist at West Chester University. She has a passion for music in film and games (her favorite soundtracks are How to Train Your Dragon and Minecraft) and plans to major in Studio Composition with a minor in Spanish. She has played the violin since she was four years old and participated in multiple ensembles in high school; she was the concertmaster of York Suburban High School’s String Orchestra and String Ensemble, played the violin for pit in the school’s musicals 3 years in a row, and was the treasurer for the Tri-M Music Honors Society. In college, she participates in WCU Symphony Orchestra and also helps out with Ethics Bowl in her free time.
