Biography
Emily Barrett is a Chicago-based pianist specializing in ballet and theatre. She has been an accomplished dance musician for over a decade, having worked with American Ballet Theatre, Joffrey Ballet, Houston Ballet, Scottish Ballet, and more. Emily has served as a pit musician and sub for countless shows and spent two summers with Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre playing and synth programming. She has music directed cabarets with Underscore Theatre company and for freelance artists. Emily frequently coaches and helps singers with audition prep and makes recordings in her home studio.
