Danielle Keiko Eyer
Biography
One of the first graduates from Concordia University’s Performance Creation program, Danielle Keiko Eyer is an emerging composer/lyricist, arranger, author, and playwright based in Montréal, Canada. When she isn’t at her day job at the National Theatre School of Canada on the fundraising team, she’s composing cartoon-inspired fan songs and original music for her growing YouTube Channel. She is currently collaborating on her first-ever full-length musical. As a playwright her work has been featured at the McGill Drama Festival and the Ottawa Fringe Festival, and she has been published in anthologies by the Poetry Institute of Canada and Dreamspinner Press.
Roman Payne said that “all forms of madness, bizarre habits, awkwardness in society, general clumsiness, are justified in the person who creates good art.” Luckily, Dani benefits from every one of these.
