Biography
Claire-Frances is an NYC-based performer, composer/lyricist, and internationally produced and award-winning playwright. Her work has been produced by and/or developed at the Powerhouse Theater, Midland Center for the Arts, TACT studios, The Pulp Stage Theatre Company, Festival 56, and the Bread and Roses Theater. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild and the Playwright's Center of Minneapolis and is the recipient of the Kennedy Center’s National Musical Theatre Award for her original musical Fostered Love. Claire-Frances’s portfolio includes short plays, full-length plays, song cycles, and full-length musicals with original book, music, and lyrics.
