Christina Cinnamo

Biography

Christina Cinnamo is a NY-based music director, conductor, and collaborative pianist with a passion for championing new works. She is currently the Artistic Director of the Great Neck Choral Society.

She most recently served as MD / Keys 1 for Shreya Ja's 'The Last Piece' at the Off-Broadway SheNYC Festival (Classic Stage Company). Recent credits include Chicago (Knox Theatre), Mamma Mia, Anything Goes, Newsies (Royal Crown Players), and Connecting Dot: A Kindred Review (The Green Room 42 + Maestra First Takes).

Christina holds degrees in music from Stony Brook University and Hofstra University (MA, BS), where her studies included piano/voice performance, vocal pedagogy, and music education. In addition to her work on stage, Christina is an active educator, mentoring young musicians and performers in the Greater NY area.
