Caitlin Scott Heathcote

Biography

I am a Scottish oboist and doubler (saxophone, clarinet and flute) based in London who trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the Purcell School for Young Musicians and St Mary's music School. I graduated from Guildhall in 2020 and have been lucky enough to perform with the London Musical Theatre Orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall for 'Best of the West End' and at the Dominion Theatre for their production of 'A Christmas Carol' as well as for other organisations at the Key Theatre Peterborough, the Royal Festival Hall, the Cadogan Hall, the Wigmore Hall, the Barbican Centre and St Martin in the Fields for a variety of shows, orchestra concerts and recitals. I love taking on a challenge or anything a bit different and am very grateful for the opportunities that that mindset and a willingness to say yes has brought me so far!
