Ashley Paige DiLorenzo
Biography
Ashley DiLorenzo (she/her) is a writer, actor, singer, and overall theatre artist born and raised in Queens, NY. She is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Theatre and Media and Screen Studies at Northeastern University with a minor in songwriting. She can be found on all music streaming platforms with her song, Birdy-lingo: winner of the National Musical Theatre Songwriting Challenge (2021), co-written with Mateo Lizcano, and sung by Broadway's Chris McCarrell. The musical that song is from, A Stormy Night, recently debuted in New York City as part of the Emerging Artists' Theater's Spring New Works Festival. She's also a musical volunteer with Hear Your Song, an organization "empowering children and teens with serious illnesses and complex health needs to make their voices heard through collaborative songwriting." Her one-act dramadey: Hopefully: An Ethnodrama was recently published by YouthPlays and is available for licensing. She is currently interning at NBC Universal and Emerging Artists' Theater.
