Angela Fiedler

Biography

Angela Fiedler holds a summa cum laude bachelor's degree in Violin Performance from Purchase Conservatory of Music and a Master of Music degree from Lynn Conservatory.
After her move to South Florida in 2022, Angela performed in multiple professional orchestras such as the South Florida Symphony Orchestra, Hip Hop Orchestra Experience, and Southwest Florida Symphony. She is currently a member of the Palm Beach Symphony and Florida Grand Opera. She is also on the sublist for the NuDeco Ensemble and Miami Symphony Orchestra among others. Angela has shared the stage with many talented artists including Pinchas Zuckerman, Leonidas Kavakos, Joshua Bell, Larissa Martinez, Emmanuel Ax, Gil Shaham, Béla Fleck, and others. Angela has also performed with Frost School of Music's contemporary group, Ensemble Ibis, for their collaboration with Grammy-nominated Seraphic Fire in 2023.
Angela regularly appeared in quartets for the internationally-known Candlelight Concerts by Fever in Miami, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Meyers, Vero Beach, and others. In 2025, Angela moved back to New York to freelance in the Hudson Valley and New York City. She is a member of the Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra, Woodstock Symphony Orchestra, Northern Dutchess Symphony Orchestra, and the Symphony of Westchester. She is also on the sublists for Orchestra Lumos and Hudson Valley Symphony Orchestra. She has performed as associate concertmaster with the Greater Newburgh Symphony, and is currently a finalist for the concertmaster position of the Woodstock Symphony.
