Biography
Noelle Rueschman is an NYC-based musician specializing in woodwind instruments. She currently holds the Reed chair at The Outsiders on Broadway. She held the Reed 3 chair at Some Like it Hot on Broadway, where she also was a substitute for the Reed 1 chair. Other recent substitute work includes How to Dance in Ohio, Bob Fosse’s Dancin’, Radio City Music Hall Christmas Spectacular, the Big Apple Circus, and the Paper Mill Playhouse productions of Sister Act and On Your Feet! Noelle has held chairs on JOY and Last Days of Summer at George Street Playhouse and on Off-Broadway shows such as Bob Carol Ted & Alice (Signature Theater), Cheek to Cheek: Irving Berlin in Hollywood (York Theatre), and An Unbalanced Mind (AMT Theatre). Off-broadway substitute work includes White Girl in Danger (Second Stage Theatre), SUFFS (Public Theatre), Merrily We Roll Along (Laura Pels Theatre), Cyrano (Daryl Roth Theatre), and The Secret Life of Bees (Linda Gross Theatre).
Noelle holds an MM in Multiple Woodwind Performance from New Jersey City University, where she was a teaching assistant. She taught the Woodwind Methods course to undergraduate students. Noelle also holds a BA in Saxophone from Florida State University.
