Biography
Sue Lerner is a freelance cellist with over 25 years experience in Musical Theater. She holds performance degrees from Hartt School of Music and Manhattan School of Music. Living in Philadelphia Pa, she has performed for the Arden Theatre Company, Forrest Theatre, Philadelphia Theatre Company, Prince Music Theater, Walnut Street Theater, and Broadway at the Academy. She currently is house cellist with the Walnut Street Theater and Broadway Series at the Kimmel Cultural Campus. Recent Runs include 1776, Dear Evan Hansen, Oklahoma, Hello Dolly and Hamilton.
In January 2023 she expanded her role to Local Music Contractor for the Broadway Series at the Kimmel Cultural Campus and Forrest Theatre in Philadelphia.
