Liz Gilmartin
Biography
Liz Gilmartin is from the NEK in Vermont and entering their senior year at Ithaca College in their BFA Musical Theatre Program. After graduation, they plan on moving to New York City to join the community of musical and theatrical performers in the area.
Liz grew up in a musical home and has experience in a wide range of musical settings. They have played violin and viola in classical and contemporary orchestras. Recent/upcoming credits include Princess Mary in the first full actor-musician production of "Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812" at the Hangar Theatre, Ensemble; u/s Feste in "Twelfth Night (The Musical)" at Ithaca College, and Violin II in the orchestra for "Hunchback of Notre Dame" at Ithaca College!
Liz is also expanding her prospects as a fledgling singer-songwriter. Their music is mostly written with the support of the ukulele and violin, but they are trying to improve their skills on both the piano and guitar to expand their skills.
After graduation, Liz will be available in the New England and NYC area as a violin/viola pit or onstage musician, vocalist, theatrical performer, and overall creative collaborator.
