Katie Nieto

Biography

Katie Nieto (she/her) is a performer/composer based in New Jersey. She has been playing piano for ten years and has perfect pitch. Since 2019, she has worked as a music director/accompanist for Breaking Barriers Theatre Company, a non-profit organization based in NYC, for their spring and fall cabarets, and their production of "Spring Awakening". In the fall of 2020, she started a business (@fast.tracks on Instagram) that provides musical theatre tracks for auditions and cabarets. She has been working with Logic Pro X for four years and writing music for six. Currently, she is working on the book, lyrics, and music for an original work that features her experiences as a WLW.
