Julie Fiore
Biography
I am dedicated to bringing communities together through the power of dynamic storytelling. After earning two music degrees in performance, I founded an independent opera company in Austin, Texas dedicated to reimagining opera in unexpected spaces. My directorial focus has centered on new works, and I love leading the audience on a journey through thoughtful programming. I've produced concerts, showcases, fully-staged operas, all-day festivals, pop-up performances, podcasts, and digital concert shoots.
In addition to stage work, I also ghostwrite for artists & creatives and weave together customer-centric marketing strategies for performing arts companies. During my four seasons with Austin Opera, I managed and produced their digital channel "Live from Indy Terrace," which earned the company a spot in the coveted Bloomberg Digital Accelerator.
Audience-building and storytelling are my specialties.
