Jen Fischer

Biography

Hello! my name is Jen and I am a singer-songwriter/performer currently working as a private voice, piano, and guitar teacher. I have studied music for over 20 years, focusing on pop, folk, classic rock, and musical theater. I am a member of the New York based band Boyband - we have performed at various venues in NYC including for Sofar, at Mercury Lounge, Pianos, and Rockwood. I am a board-certified music therapist and have been working with children and adults with disabilities for nearly a decade. I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor's degree in music therapy, and became a board certified music therapist in 2015.
