She is a former member of the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir. They have performed dozens of times and with many famous musicians, such as the Rolling Stones and Kristin Chenoweth.

In October of 2016, she made her Carnegie Hall debut with a performance of the album release of Mohammed Fairouz's ZABUR, which is available through NAXOS, the world's leading classical music record label, Amazon, and iTunes. ZABUR also became one of the top 10 classical albums of 2016. The album was considered for Grammy nominations in four different categories in 2017.

In April of 2018, they made their Kennedy Center debut in the performance of Krzysztof Penderecki's "Credo" as part of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra's participation in the "SHIFT Festival," receiving great reviews including a raving review from the Washington Classical Review.

Ferrari loves working with teenagers and adults of all ages on vocal technique, proper breathing, and overall vocal health. Her goal is to achieve the best and healthiest sound in each of her students. They are also trained in transgender speech affirmation training.

Many of Ferrari's students have competed in Indiana State School Music Association's (ISSMA) Solo and Ensemble competition and all have received gold, including one perfect score at the state level.

She is a current member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and is a member of the Chicago area chapter.

Isabella aspires to one day become a vocal health professional, with a focus on singing health and guiding transmasculine singers through testosterone hormone replacement therapy.
