Hannah Sophia

Biography

My name is Hannah Sophia and I'm a Teaching Artist. I live where pedagogy and artistry meet and I use my work as an artist to inform my teaching and vice versa. In the eight years since I started my studio I have recorded and released five EP's, two singles and posted over fifty-eight (and counting) original songs on Patreon, all while transforming the lives of hundreds of students.

I was the Jane Steven Kings artist in residence, where I taught masterclasses and worked on my autobiographical musical and I teach a summer residency program where K-5 classrooms write and perform a mini musical.
