Barbara Lynne Raboy

Biography

I am a multi instrumentalist focusing on clarinets, saxophones and flute. I’ve performed in several community musical theatre orchestra pits over the past ten years. I am an advanced jazz musician and lead the Barb Raboy quartet (www.barbraboyquartet.com). My big band experience includes Berkeley Jazz School Big Band, S.F. Jazz Center Monday Night Big Band, Marylou’s Apartment, and Melba’s Kitchen. I am currently with the Steve Snyder Big Band, subbing in Melba’s Kitchen, and perform with the Michele Korb Quartet. Most recently I played the Reed 1 book for “Sister Act” with the Summer Rep Theatre Company in Santa Rosa, CA.
