Ashley VanCurler
Biography
Ashley is a professional music director, vocal coach, and accompanist in Bellingham, WA who is currently pursuing a Masters in Orchestral Conducting. Her largest body of work has been performing with Western Washington University and Western Summer Theatre, where she has music directed and conducted The Spitfire Grill, Young Frankenstein, Working, Fun Home, Nunsense, Urinetown, The Baker's Wife, and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. She have also worked with local theatre companies (Village Theatre Kidstage, The Neighborhood Playhouse, American Theatre Northwest) to accompany and music direct various cabaret performances (Sugar) and theatre for youth productions (A Year with Frog and Toad, Charlotte's Web, Go Dog Go!). Ashley's driving force is fostering and educating young artists and musicians in the Bellingham area to assist in their future successful careers as professional performers and collaborators.
