Job Specifics
Part Time
10-15 hours per week/$25 per hour, following academic year (possible limited work in summer)
Start date: flexible, ideally by January 20, 2022

Responsibilities will include:
● Oversee bookings procedure, follow-up, invoicing
● Develop, prepare and distribute program promotional materials
● Collect and track documents and data from schools and teaching artists
● Assist with social media campaigns and presence
● Assist with annual benefit
● Website and database maintenance and updates
● Order and track program materials
● Track program budgets and expenses
● Assist with networking and outreach efforts
● Assist with grant research

Qualifications and Skills:
● Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
● Proficiency with project management
● Ability to write well and in a variety of formats, including proposals, reports and
marketing materials
● Flexible and able to work collaboratively and independently
● Commitment to serving students and educators
● Interest in inquiry and experiential education
● Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and/or research databases a plus
